These are the proceedings of the ASEAN Dialogue on UN Convention on the Rights of the Child General Comments focusing on the General Comments on the best interest of the child (UN CRC General Comment No. 14) and the right of the child to be heard (UN CRC General Comment No. 12). Held on 11-12 December 2019 in Manila, Philippines, the Dialogue is organized by the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR), led by AICHR Philippines in partnership with Child Rights Coalition Asia and with the support of the Norwegian Mission to ASEAN.
