Sarell Vicente (Program Officer) 

Sarell Vicente is a certified sexology facilitator and Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) advocate. She graduated from the University of the Philippines Los Baños with a degree in Development Communication. She creates digital content on Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok to promote informed and sex-positive conversations on sexual and reproductive health. She previously served as Country Coordinator for the Down to Zero SUFASEC Project under Child Rights Coalition Asia, supporting initiatives on child protection and addressing sexual exploitation.

She is currently engaged as a Philippine representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Young Creators Lab, contributing to youth-led efforts to advance conversations on Comprehensive Sexuality Education. Her experience includes stakeholder engagement, capacity-building, youth training, and program coordination in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).
