Janice Tapil (Senior Program Officer)

Janice has 17 years in child protection and child participation. She started as a youth leader and went on to shape national frameworks with UNICEF and the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC). She holds a Master in Health Social Science from De La Salle University-Manila, has ADHD (twelve tabs open, always), and is a furmom to her most demanding stakeholders.
