Irma Torres-De La Cruz (Finance Officer) has been with CRC Asia from the beginning. Since 2010, when the Coalition was still being organized, Irma has been providing financial and accounting services to meet funders’ financial requirements. She also renders other administrative support for the coalition.

Irma holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She is a member of the Bantayog Ng Mga Bayani Foundation.

Irma is married, has two sons aged 28 and 26 and is a grandmother of two.
