Child Workers in Nepal Concerned Center (CWIN-Nepal)

Led by 30 children and youth, the campaign focused on addressing poor waste management through clean up drives at the beach, community talks with the local government, painting trash cans, and in-person activities in the schools.

70 people attended the art workshop and awareness campaign

52 children, 6 schools, and 25 community members were engaged

The Green Chakra campaign, led by 20 children and youth, focused on addressing deforestation, scarcity of water, and uncontrollable wastage by publishing a comic book which was shared to schools, child clubs, to the communities and on social media. Other means such as drama, rallies, quizzes, artworks, discussion with women groups, orientation to child club members, dialogue with elected bodies, and door-to-door campaigns were also done by the young campaigners.
